Why Pre-Orders?
With the pre-order option you can be sure that you will be among the first to receive the item you ordered! Once the items arrive at our warehouse we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Pre-orders always ship first! With your pre-order we can prepare in advance so it can be shipped as soon as possible. Pre-Orders also help us anticipate demand – so we can make sure we order new stock in time.
How do Pre-Orders work?
There are certain items in the shop that are available for pre-order. You can Pre-Order these in the shop. You can order other pre-order items or normal products in the same order. All items in your order are reserved for you. Your order will ship once all items are available. Payment is arranged at the time of ordering – so we can ship as soon as the items arrive.
Orders will be shipped in the order they are received.
What is the expected arrival date?
The Estimated Availability date is available on the product page. We do our best to keep this date as accurate as possible. However, it is possible that this date changes, due to unforseen circumstances. We only start a pre-order for products that have a confirmed delivery date, so we know for sure the items are coming.
Can I add items to my existing Pre-Order?
This is possible – please contact us for instructions! We can’t combine orders if not done according to our instructions. Please e-mail us in advance to add items to your existing pre-order! This allows us to manage the pre-orders effectively so everyone can receive their items in time.
Is it possible to cancel a pre-order?
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact customer support! Please note that we can only refund an order when you contact us. If you click ‘cancel’ in your account, it is not automatically refunded! You are free to cancel your order until the shipdate.
