Returns

Did something arrive damaged, does the part not fit or are items not as you expected?  No problem! Read below what options you have to return your order.

Damaged Goods / wrong items delivered.
Please let us know what’s wrong with your order and we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible. Get in touch through the contact page and let us know what the problem is. Based on the problem we will figure out a suitable solution for you.

Returns / exchanges
Do you want to return your order because it is not as expected, or do you want to exchange (part of) your order? You can return it within 14 days of receiving your order and we will refund you based on the items you sent back. If you return your complete order we will pay back what you originally paid for the order within 5 business days after receiving your return using the payment method you used when ordering.

🇬🇧 If you are returning products from the UK, please contact us first before shipping the package to discuss information for Customs.

Some things to keep in mind when returning:

  • Use proper packing materials for returning, preferably the original packing material.
  • Shipping cost and risks of shipping your return are carried by the buyer.
  • We can only process returns if the items are in their original state including undamaged product packaging.

If you send a return to us, you MUST DO the following:

  1. Send us an e-mail when you are returning something. Let us know which products you return. Let us know if there is any particular reason for the return that we should be aware of.
  2. Include your order number in the package, so we can link the package to your order.
  3. Send us tracking info for the return package, so we can follow it, and ensure succesfull delivery.
